We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to photography or screen display differences. Prices may change without prior notice, but the rate charged will be as per the time of your order.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. A tracking ID will be shared once the order is shipped. Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

5. No Cancellation, Refunds, or Returns
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Please review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing product, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

• The video must clearly show the package from the beginning until fully opened without cuts or edits.

• Complaints without a proper video will not be entertained.

• If a damaged product is received, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Trendy Jewel. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details provided by customers, or natural events beyond our control. Our liability is limited only to the value of the purchased product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
