1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased through our website. Customers are requested to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.
2. No Cancellations
Orders, once placed and confirmed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

4. Missing Products
In case a product is missing from your package, an unboxing video will again be required to process your claim. Without proper proof, we cannot take any action.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not provide product exchanges. All sales are final.
